We adopt high-quality ABS and PC plastic housing, zinc alloy and aluminum alloy for product shells. We use high-performance motors, sharp stainless steel cutter heads, safe lithium-ion batteries and USB charging modules. All key components go through incoming quality inspection to ensure stable product performance. We support customized material selection to satisfy different OEM and ODM project requirements.
Machinery/Production Process
We are equipped with injection molding machines, metal CNC machining equipment, die casting machines, multiple assembly production lines, aging test benches and a full set of functional testing instruments.
Our complete production workflow includes mold development, injection molding, zinc alloy and aluminum alloy metal processing, surface finishing, component assembly, high-temperature aging test, full item function inspection and final packaging.
Strict quality control is carried out in every production step. We provide both plastic and metal housing production for OEM and ODM orders.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our quality control and technical support team consists of professional QC inspectors and technical engineers.
The team takes charge of product standard formulation, incoming material check, production process monitoring and finished product testing.
We provide technical support for OEM and ODM projects, solve product technical problems and continuously optimize product quality for global customers.
Quality Control Procedures
We implement a full range of quality control. It includes incoming quality inspection for raw parts, on-the-spot patrol inspection during mass production, aging tests for assembled products, final function inspection before packing and random sampling inspection for finished goods.
Defective items will be picked out and reworked strictly. Every procedure follows unified inspection standards.
